1. About This Portal

The I TALK Member Portal ("Portal"), available at italk.ne.kr, is operated by ITALK CO. LTD ("ITALK", "we", "us"). It serves two groups of authorised users:

Teachers and staff — access to class materials, books, schedules, progress reports, salary records, and internal messaging.
Parents and guardians — access to their children's class schedule, progress reports, tuition payment information, and direct messaging with teachers.

By creating an account or using the Portal you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts & Authorised Use

Accounts are created with an access code issued by ITALK. You agree to:

Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
Not share your account or access code with any unauthorised person.
Use the Portal only for its intended educational and administrative purposes.
Not attempt to access data or areas of the Portal you are not authorised for.

ITALK may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or that are no longer associated with an active teacher, student, or parent relationship.

3. Messaging

The Portal includes a messaging feature. Parents may message teachers, and teachers may message parents and other teachers. You agree to use messaging respectfully and only for matters related to lessons and the academy. ITALK administrators may access conversations for safeguarding, support, and moderation purposes. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as payment card numbers or passwords) in chat.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyrighted Materials

All teaching materials, books, documents, reports, and files accessible through this Portal are the exclusive intellectual property of ITALK CO. LTD or their respective copyright owners.

You expressly agree that you will NOT:

Download, copy, reproduce, or duplicate any materials from this Portal except where a download option is explicitly provided.
Share, distribute, forward, or transmit any materials to any third party.
Print, scan, photograph, or otherwise reproduce copyrighted content beyond what is strictly necessary for a live lesson.
Upload any materials to external platforms, cloud services, or social media.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and may be subject to legal action under applicable copyright law.

5. Payments (Parents)

Tuition and fee amounts, due dates, and payment status shown in the Portal are provided for information. Actual payment terms are governed by your enrolment agreement with ITALK. If you believe a charge shown in the Portal is incorrect, contact op@italk.ne.kr.

6. Third-Party Services

This Portal links to and relies on third-party services including Google (sign-in, Meet), Firebase, Cloudflare, and email delivery providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. ITALK is not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of any third-party service.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete My Account" option in the Portal, or by emailing op@italk.ne.kr. Deleting your account removes your sign-in access and profile. Academic and financial records that ITALK is required to keep (e.g. attendance, invoices) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability & Disclaimers

ITALK provides this Portal on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal or any part of it at any time without notice. ITALK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your inability to access the Portal, errors in content, or interruptions to third-party services.

9. Modifications to These Terms

ITALK reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

2. 이용 자격 및 인가된 접근

포털 접근은 ITALK CO. LTD가 승인한 인가된 사용자로 제한됩니다.

귀하는 다음에 대한 책임이 있습니다:

사용자 이름과 비밀번호의 기밀 유지
본인만 계정을 사용하도록 하는 것
계정 정보를 정확하고 최신 상태로 유지하는 것
의심되는 무단 접근을 즉시 신고하는 것

귀하는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

로그인 정보를 타인과 공유하는 행위
허위 또는 오해의 소지가 있는 계정 정보를 생성하는 행위
인가된 권한을 초과하여 데이터 또는 기능에 접근을 시도하는 행위
보안 조치나 접근 통제를 우회하는 행위

ITALK는 오남용이 의심되는 경우 접근을 정지하거나 종료할 권리를 보유합니다.

3. 사용자 계정

각 사용자에게는 개별 계정이 부여될 수 있습니다.

사용자는 자신의 계정을 통해 이루어지는 모든 활동에 대한 책임을 집니다.

ITALK는 사용자 계정 및 시스템 무결성을 보호하기 위해 비밀번호 변경, 다단계 인증 또는 추가 보안 조치를 요구할 수 있습니다.

사용자는 계정이 유출되었다고 판단되는 경우 즉시 ITALK에 알려야 합니다.

4. 교육 자료 및 지적 재산권

교재, 수업 계획, 워크시트, 도서, 영상, 녹화물, 평가 자료, 프레젠테이션, 소프트웨어, 리포트, 데이터베이스, 문서, 그래픽 및 브랜딩을 포함하여 포털을 통해 제공되는 모든 콘텐츠는 ITALK CO. LTD 또는 해당 저작권 보유자의 소유이며 관련 지적 재산권법의 보호를 받습니다.

ITALK의 명시적 승인이 없는 한, 사용자는 다음을 할 수 없습니다:

자료를 복사하거나 재제작하는 행위
개인 배포를 위해 자료를 다운로드하는 행위
자료를 인가되지 않은 사람과 공유하는 행위
자료를 외부 웹사이트나 클라우드 서비스에 업로드하는 행위
자료를 판매, 라이선스 부여, 수정 또는 재배포하는 행위
저작권 표시나 소유권 정보를 제거하는 행위

ITALK 프로그램 참여에 필요한 범위 내에서 인가된 교육 목적의 제한적 사용은 허용됩니다.

5. 학생 및 학부모의 책임

학생과 학부모/보호자는 다음에 동의합니다:

포털을 교육 목적으로만 사용하는 것
계정 정보의 기밀을 유지하는 것
ITALK에 제공하는 정보가 정확하도록 하는 것
교사, 직원 및 다른 사용자를 존중하는 것
필요한 경우 학생의 접근을 관리·감독하는 것

학부모 및 보호자는 자녀와 관련된 학생 정보, 출석 기록, 일정, 청구서, 리포트 및 커뮤니케이션에 대한 접근 권한을 부여받을 수 있습니다.

6. 교사 및 직원의 책임

교사, 직원, 계약자 및 관리자는 다음을 준수해야 합니다:

포털을 인가된 업무 목적으로만 사용할 것
기밀 학생 정보 및 회사 정보를 보호할 것
ITALK의 정책 및 절차를 따를 것
포털을 통한 커뮤니케이션 시 전문적인 태도를 유지할 것
보안 사고를 신속히 보고할 것

학생 기록, 교재, 급여 정보, 결제 정보 또는 회사 데이터의 무단 공개는 엄격히 금지됩니다.

7. 메시지 및 커뮤니케이션

포털은 메시지 및 커뮤니케이션 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 다음 행위를 하지 않기로 동의합니다:

모욕적, 위협적, 불쾌하거나 차별적이거나 불법적인 메시지를 보내는 행위
타인을 사칭하는 행위
스팸, 광고 또는 원치 않는 콘텐츠를 배포하는 행위
적절한 승인 없이 기밀 정보를 공유하는 행위

ITALK는 법이 허용하는 범위 내에서 커뮤니케이션 도구의 오남용에 대해 검토, 조사 및 조치를 취할 권리를 보유합니다.

8. 학생 기록, 리포트, 급여 및 결제 정보

포털은 학생 기록, 출석 데이터, 학업 리포트, 재무 기록, 급여 정보, 결제 정보 및 청구 정보에 대한 접근을 제공할 수 있습니다.

사용자는 자신이 권한을 부여받은 정보에만 접근할 수 있습니다. 이러한 정보에 대한 무단 접근, 공유, 수정 또는 공개는 엄격히 금지됩니다.

9. 제3자 서비스

포털은 Google Drive, Google Meet, EBricks, NE Times, Zoom, Microsoft 서비스 및 결제 제공업체를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 제3자 서비스와 연동될 수 있습니다.

제3자 서비스의 이용은 해당 서비스 자체의 이용약관 및 개인정보처리방침의 적용을 받습니다. ITALK는 제3자 콘텐츠, 서비스 중단, 데이터 처리 방식 또는 제3자 서비스의 이용 가능 여부에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

10. 보안

사용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

시스템이나 데이터에 무단으로 접근을 시도하는 행위
악성 소프트웨어, 바이러스 또는 유해한 코드를 업로드하는 행위
포털 운영을 방해하는 행위
서면 허가 없이 보안 테스트를 수행하는 행위
보안 통제를 우회하려는 행위

ITALK는 보안, 규정 준수, 운영 및 법적 목적을 위해 시스템 활동 및 접근 기록을 모니터링할 수 있습니다.

11. 개인정보 및 데이터 보호

ITALK는 사용자 인증, 교육 서비스, 커뮤니케이션, 청구 및 결제, 보안 모니터링, 법적 준수 및 운영 관리에 필요한 정보를 수집 및 처리할 수 있습니다.

여기에는 로그인 기록, 접근 기록, 계정 정보, 출석 데이터, 학업 기록, 결제 기록 및 커뮤니케이션 이력이 포함될 수 있습니다. 개인정보는 관련 데이터 보호법 및 ITALK의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

12. 서비스 제공

포털은 "있는 그대로" 및 "제공 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. ITALK는 포털이 항상 이용 가능하거나, 중단 없이 작동하거나, 모든 정보가 완전히 정확하거나 오류가 없거나, 제3자 서비스가 계속 이용 가능할 것이라고 보장하지 않습니다.

유지보수, 업그레이드 및 예기치 않은 기술적 문제로 인해 일시적인 서비스 중단이 발생할 수 있습니다.

13. 책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, ITALK CO. LTD는 포털 사용, 포털 접근 불가, 서비스 중단, 데이터 손실, 제3자 서비스 장애 또는 사용자의 과실로 인한 무단 접근으로 인해 발생하는 직접적, 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 또는 특별 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

사용자는 자신의 책임 하에 포털에 접근하고 이를 사용합니다.

14. 정지 및 종료

ITALK는 본 이용약관 위반, 보안 위험 발견, 무단 활동 감지 또는 접근이 더 이상 필요하지 않은 경우 사전 통지 없이 접근을 정지, 제한 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.

학생의 등록이 종료되거나, 고용 또는 계약 관계가 종료되거나, 학부모/보호자의 접근 권한이 더 이상 인가되지 않는 경우에도 접근이 종료될 수 있습니다.

15. 포털의 변경

ITALK는 포털 기능을 수정하거나, 서비스를 추가·제거하거나, 사용자 권한을 변경하거나, 시스템 요구사항을 업데이트하거나, 포털의 일부를 중단할 권리를 보유합니다. 이러한 변경은 사전 통지 없이 이루어질 수 있습니다.

16. 본 약관의 개정

ITALK는 언제든지 본 이용약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 업데이트된 버전은 포털 또는 기타 공식 커뮤니케이션 채널을 통해 게시됩니다. 업데이트 게시 후 포털을 계속 사용하는 것은 개정된 약관에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.

17. 준거법

본 이용약관은 말레이시아 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다. 본 약관 또는 포털 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 분쟁은 말레이시아 법원의 전속 관할에 따릅니다.
